Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, kindly provide a clear photograph of the affected item(s). Upon receipt of the photo, we can arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Change of Mind

While we do not facilitate exchanges, we are pleased to offer a refund for change of mind requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Important Return Guidelines:

1. Return Shipping: The cost of return postage to Brisbane, including tracking, will need to be covered by you.
2. Packaging: Please pack the items securely, using sufficient padding to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the same packaging method in which the items were originally sent.
3. Refund Processing: Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned items to confirm they remain in their original condition.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase.
